The service
Postgen is a scheduling tool for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. It stores videos and captions, and queues publish jobs for connected accounts.
Access is by invitation. Creating an account on the public sign-up page is closed. An invite, or an account issued directly, is what grants access.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password on your account, and for activity that happens while you are signed in. Share access only with people who belong in the workspace.
Workspace owners decide who is invited and what role they have. Removing a member ends that person’s access. It does not delete posts already published on a connected platform.
Your content and connected accounts
You keep the rights to videos, captions, notes, and other material you put into a workspace. Postgen stores that material so the workspace can schedule and publish it.
Connecting a platform account authorizes Postgen to hold the tokens that platform returns and to use them for the publish jobs you queue. You confirm that you are allowed to connect that account and to post from it.
Posts go out under the connected account’s name, on that platform’s terms. A failed or delayed job stays in the workspace so it can be reviewed. Postgen does not promise a publish time on a third-party platform.
Acceptable use
Use of Postgen is also covered by the acceptable use page. Access can be suspended when a workspace is used to break those rules, these terms, or the law.
Availability
The workspace is offered as it runs today. Features, plans, and connected platforms can change. Scheduled jobs can fail when a platform rejects them, a token expires, or the service is unavailable.
Postgen may end access to a workspace that is unused, or when these terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out ends the current session.
Liability
Postgen is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted publishing. To the extent the law allows, Postgen is not liable for lost posts, platform penalties, or decisions you make about what to publish.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
